Check out this behind the scenes trailer we created for our new client “Le NInja”. It was a great day of shooting in our new studio and around the Pilsen neighborhood. We shot photography for their new website which is launching in November and for all advertising to promote the new brand. Since we are doing the identity, packaging, website, photography, video and advertising from scratch. This is truly mhdezign’s new baby!

Mamma Agata Book Signing at LUSH
November 10th, 2010After long anticipation, we finally got to meet the people who had our mouths watering for some great Italian food. Chiara Lima and her husband Gennaro Petti came all the way to Chicago from the Amalfi Coast to support their most recent cook book “Mamma Agata”. We were lucky enough to design all marketing tools they needed to succeed in the sales of this amazing book full of delicious Italian recipes. Here are some photos from the book signing event which was held at LUSH.

Our New Client: Le Ninja Inc.
October 13th, 2010We have been busy working closely with a new client in the fashion industry. Le Ninja!
Formed by two friends who believe when you wear LeNINJA clothing, you are telling the world that you are the master of whatever it is you do. We are lucky enough to be a part of this new business and are designing their whole identity, graphics for the clothing and their e-commerce web site. Watch for this new fashion icon in the next few months at your nearest store, and come back to see how the brand blossomed!

Folded Inspiration: Gate folds, roll folds, letter folds… and creative folds!
October 11th, 2010Last Tuesday our team attended an awesome event organized by Sappi Fine Paper, Folded Inspiration.
Kit Hinrichs of Studio Hinrichs, and Trish Witkowski of foldfactory.com used their design and folding expertise to create The Standard #4, Scoring & Folding which is launching this fall to provide a complete overview of folding and scoring. We’ve received our own copy and agree that this book is essential for all designers out there!
