This is Marek. The guy who leads the creative process on all projects, pays the bills and sips espresso semi-hourly while trying to keep Charley from eating all the concepts. He holds a BFA in visual communication & photography from The School of the Art Institute in Chicago and has over eight years of design experience. While working with firms like VSA Partners, Bagby & Co., C: Change and ARC Worldwide, to name a few, he has learned what it takes to produce good and meaningful work. Not just work that looks good, but work that generates results. A hands on approach attitude is something he offers with every project, because if you can't get your hands dirty, then you don't need to use the sink.

Meet Steve. He's a simple guy, with an abundance of positive happiness. A true team player who graduated from The Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg with a BFA in interactive media combined with five years of experience as a freelance web turned print designer. He over analyzes logos a bit too much sometimes, but we all know that's part of the job. With a hot cup of coffee, extra milk, in hand, he adds fresh ideas to our studio every day. Zooming in really close, either with the magnifying tool or with his camera, he likes to get on the ground and capture that particular moment.

Ilona is NOT our intern, however, we like to call her our intern. She doesn't get the coffee or anything, but she does have great production chops and pushes through tough deadlines like non other. Coming from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, with a BFA and four years experience in visual communication, film, video, animation and photography, this one is always snapping inappropriate pictures at the most appropriate times. She bikes through the streets of Chicago, and dreams about Ethiopian food while she works, not distracting at all.

Now, Charley, he's the dog behind the curtain. He keeps the entire team on their feet, unless we step on him during critiques, which he doesn't like. He can be harsh at times, but we need it. I mean, at the end of the day, if Charley isn't happy, no one's happy. And we all strive to be in a happy place. He's the follower of treats, the whimper of attention and the wagger of constant studio energy. He's Charley.
